1.   Submit a letter from his or her employer authorizing attendance for the training workshop, specifying the in-kind contribution (exceeding a minimum of $1,500.00)  in terms of the time spent and travel expenses relating to the training program. (see a sample letter of authorization)
2.   An invoice in the amount of the above subsidized cost will be sent to your organization and will be waived upon your completion of the program. As a part of the grant requirement, in the event the participant is unable to complete the course in due time (over 2 to 4 days), the subsidized amount must be paid in full by the organization.		 $395.00
