One day deposit is required to secure your room - US$159/day + 10% taxes and $2 tourist fee (a total of $176.9/day). The deadline to book your hotel rooms at this rate is October 17, 2008.

Registration fees must be received before the commencement of the conference. Registration fees may be subject to changes without further notice.  

Cancellation

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute may attend in your place. If you need to cancel, full refunds will be paid on all cancellations received up to September 30, 2008. After that date the following scale will apply:

October 1 - 17, 2008:  50% refund
After October 17, 2008: No Refund

Receipt of a completed registration form is regarded as a firm booking as as acceptance of the conditions stated. If for any reason a delegate is unable to attend, payment of fees must still be honored. However, a substitute is acceptable with writing notice to the Registrar (services@ianano.org)
